This is a patient of ours, Mari, with our hygienist, Heather. We interviewed her about the three implants she has had placed by Dr. Milman.

Q: Are you happy with the care you received?
A: Excellent care, I’m ecstatic.

Q: What differences have you noticed between before and after you received treatment?
A: [The difference is] beyond belief. I had a root canal that went bad when I was 18, then had a bridge for 15 years. Having a bridge was uncomfortable and a horrible experience. My husband had an implant he was very happy with from here, so I decided to come in. Dr. Milman was very patient. It was not an easy procedure because of the bone loss, but I’m so happy with the results. They’re just like my teeth; I don’t have to deal with taking the bridge in and out.

I had bad experiences with the dentist since I was 12, but this is not a gimmick, it’s real and has made a huge difference in my quality of life, [the implants] look and function like my teeth.

Q: Would you recommend us to others you know?
A: I always do.

Q: What do you like about coming here?
A: The staff is friendly and efficient, and it is so important to have a good staff. They work with my schedule and insurance. It’s a total good experience.
